At Drapes by Divya, every piece is lovingly crafted with attention to detail and made especially for you. Because our products are often made-to-order or customized, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
✨ Why No Returns or Refunds?
Our collections are designed with care, and each item is either:
- Handcrafted to order,
- Customized to your preferences, or
- Produced in limited quantities to ensure exclusivity and freshness.
This helps us maintain quality, avoid overproduction, and deliver thoughtful, made-for-you pieces — but it also means we can’t resell items once shipped.
🚨 Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
We’re here for you if something’s not right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
